To apply for a nursery space, please come in and visit reception between 9:00am and 3:30pm Monday to Friday. 

Alternatively email a filled application form to rcurrie@windsorcentre.com. Please note the Admission Application Form below can be downloaded and filled out digitally - after filling out the form, please be sure to save it to your device with your answers included before emailing it. We will print out your completed form in school so you can add your signature in person.

Remember to apply for childcare codes for Two year olds, or 30 hour codes for the "FUNDING" section.
